*enrolled in a deafness-related program within SOE: Exceptional Education, American Sign Language Studies, and/or American Sign Language/ English Interpreting
*completed the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), if applicable
*academic merit (minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0)
