Tammy Luebke Kukla BS '94, MS '00 Building a Leader in Urban Education (BLUE) Scholarship

Awarded to select School of Education (SOE) undergraduate, graduate, baccalaureate, and/or international students satisfying the following criteria:

• enroll in the Elementary and Middle Education, Grades K-9 program within SOE
• intend to teach within an urban setting, preferably Milwaukee Public Schools (MPS)
• demonstrate inspiring and compassionate teaching practices, openness to a wide variety of perspectives and experiences, and creativity in lesson planning
• completed the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), if applicable
• academic merit (minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0)
