Nurse Physiologist PhD Award

Designed to increase the number of nurses with additional preparation in physiology by providing scholarships to students pursuing studies in acute care nursing, all of whom are required to take the existing Physiology class, and who generally supplement this instruction with other physiology instruction; and PhD students who will take the existing Physiology class and who express interest in taking additional coursework in this area (e.g., potentially via independent study with faculty, or via enrollment in classes offering physiology instruction in non-nursing curriculum at UWM).
