Greater Milwaukee Foundation Journal Foundation/Ione Quinby Griggs Journalism Scholarship

Eligibility for this academic merit scholarship includes:

• Major in the Department of Journalism, Advertising and Media Studies in the journalism or media studies track
• Demonstrated financial need
• Full-time student
• U.S. citizen

Preference will be given to students with an affiliation with the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, the Milwaukee operations of E.W. Scripps Co. (for example, WTMJ-TV) or Gannett Wisconsin (for example, the Green Bay Press Gazette). Contact the department for a full list of affiliated companies. An affiliation could include a job at one of these companies or a relative who works or has worked at one of these companies.
