2026 McCready Law Cyberbullying Awareness Scholarship
McCready Law Injury Attorneys have established the Cyberbullying Awareness Scholarship to support students who are committed to raising awareness about the growing issue of cyberbullying. The scholarship aims to encourage thoughtful discussion and solutions surrounding cyberbullying and its effects on individuals and communities.
This scholarship provides one award of $1,000 to a qualifying student.
Eligibility:
Applicants must:
- Be a current high school senior, vocational student, college student, or graduate student.
- Be a legal resident of the United States, residing in one of the 50 states or the District of Columbia.
- Be enrolled in a vocational program or a two- or four-year postsecondary institution.
- Have a minimum GPA of 3.0 and be in good standing.
Employees of McCready Law Injury Attorneys, their immediate family members, and individuals living in the same household are not eligible to apply.
Application Requirements:
Applicants must submit the following materials:
- A completed application form.
- A 750-1,000-word essay responding to the prompt: “Cyberbullying is increasingly affecting children and teenagers across digital platforms. Describe how it impacts individuals and communities, and explain specific, practical ways awareness and prevention efforts can reduce harm and create safer online environments.”
- A professional résumé outlining academic and professional experience.
- A current transcript. First-year college students or recent transfers may submit an unofficial transcript from their current institution along with the most recent official transcript from their previous school. High school students may submit proof of college acceptance.
All essays will be reviewed for originality, and submissions containing AI-generated writing may be disqualified.
