2026 Heartland Funds DEI Scholarship

Heartland believes varied perspectives and experiences contribute to the robustness of the Heartland Team and enhance the quality of services provided to clients. In an effort to further this goal, Heartland is committed to increasing awareness of opportunities in the Milwaukee investment industry and believes this DEI initiative will increase the pool of available candidates for such positions. As part of this initiative, Heartland is offering a $5,000 scholarship to one UW-Milwaukee student majoring in Finance or Accounting and applying to the Investment Management Certificate Program (IMCP). The Scholarship will be paid to the University on behalf of the selected student after their admittance to IMCP and for their attendance in the Program.

The Heartland Funds DEI Scholarship is available to sophomore, junior, senior, or graduate students currently enrolled at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee who are pursuing degrees in Finance or Accounting and intend to apply to the IMCP Program. Students become eligible for this scholarship upon admittance to the IMCP Program.
