2025 BWBR Equity in Design Scholarship

Application Instructions:
Save each item as a separate PDF. Each file must be less than 5 MB in size. Application materials must include:
- Completed Application.
Design Statement. A one-page essay, focusing on promoting design in an equitable built environment. The design statement should also address the design project.
- Design Project. A single project of the applicant’s own design that advances equity in the built environment.

Email your application materials to scholarships@bwbr.com with “Scholarships for Equity in Design Application” in the subject line.

Winner selections will be based on merit as evidenced by the design statement and design project. Applications will be reviewed for completeness and quality by a committee of BWBR employees.

The scholarships are open to students currently enrolled in a school of architecture, interior design, or graphic design. Applicants should have completed at least one year of their course of study by the date of the application.

This scholarship is not tied to employment, hiring, or contracting with BWBR.
