For returning Undergraduate or Graduate Student enrolled at UWM.
A returning student is defined as:

• started an undergraduate program, had their education interrupted for pa period of time and is now returning to complete an undergraduate degree
  or
• experienced a significant gap in time between graduating high school and enrolling in higher education.
