2025 WIDMKE Scholarship

Women In Design – Milwaukee is excited to announce that the WID scholarship will be awarded again in 2025 to support individuals studying in design-related fields.
Criteria:
Student who has a record of contributions toward the advancement of women in design-related fields. Applicant must exhibit leadership potential and demonstrate the ability to be a positive ambassador for the scholarship and women in the field.
Eligibility:
Undergraduate or graduate student, planning to be enrolled in fall 2024, studying architecture, interior design, landscape architecture, or another design field. Must be attending or set to attend a Wisconsin university.
Award Value:
One award of $1,000 to be distributed to the university to offset the winner’s tuition. The award winner is invited to accept the award at WIDMKE’s Fall Rapid Speed Presentation / invited to present if they so choose.
Deliverables:
1-page essay max (12pt font, Times New Roman) describing how the applicant meets the stated criteria.
2 references listed on separate page (Name/Email/Phone Number/Relationship)
Only the outlined deliverables will be accepted.

Awardee will be notified by April 1st, 2025
