Awarded to select School of Education (SOE) undergraduate and post-baccaluareate students satisfying the following criteria:
*enrolled in the English as a Second Language program and/or Bilingual Education, PK-12 minor within SOE
*completed the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), if applicable
*academic merit (minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0)
