Mary McAndrews Scholarship

Awarded to select School of Information Studies (SOIS) continuing graduate students satisfying the following criteria:
enrolled part or full-time in the Master’s in Library and Information Science (MLIS): Public Library and/or School Librarianship program(s) within SOIS
-demonstrated financial need (as determined by FAFSA)
-academic merit (minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0)
-maintain satisfactory academic progress in the MLIS program
-earn at least a B in all core classes
-registered for a minimum of 3 INFOST credits by May 1

Strong Preference for:
-students who graduated from a high school within the City of Milwaukee
-current residents of Milwaukee
