Lubar Incoming Freshmen Scholarships

Incoming students who have earned a minimum 3.5 high school GPA are invited to complete a scholarship application to be considered for one of several New Freshman Scholarships through the Lubar School of Business. These scholarships range from one-time awards of $1000 to full ride awards—worth over $86,000 over 4 years!

Applications will be reviewed and considered for the following awards:

—Rath Foundation Merit Scholarship – $86,300 over 4 years (approx. $21,300/year)

—Lubar Merit/Financial Need Scholarship – $39,500 over 4 years (approx. $9600/year)

—Lubar Merit Scholarship – $23,900 over 4 years (approx. $5800/year)

—Dean’s Scholarship – $10,000 over 4 years ($2500/year)

—Business Panthers Scholarship – one-time award of $1000

The deadline for scholarship applications is February 15th, 2022!

Please note: Some (but not all) new freshman scholarships through Lubar are offered based on financial need. To be considered for need-based scholarships, you must have a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) on file for the 2022-2023 academic year. Please submit the FAFSA by February 5, 2022 for consideration for our need-based scholarships. Students who are not eligible to complete a FAFSA may contact scholarship coordinator, Liz Baumgarten, for information on completing the Non-FAFSA Need-Based Worksheet.
