Asian Faculty/Staff Association (AFSA) Scholarship Application

Students interested in applying for the Dr. Swarnjit Award and the Asian Faculty/Staff Association Award may complete this application to be considered for both. These scholarships are open to both undergraduate and graduate-level students who meet the following criteria:

• Current full-time enrollment
• For undergraduate students, minimum cum GPA of 3.25 for two consecutive years;
• For graduate students, minimum cum GPA of 3.5 for one year
• Demonstrated commitment to the Asian community
• Demonstrated personal achievement through participation in community service, extracurricular and other activities.

Previous award winners are not eligible to reapply.
