For new incoming freshmen admitted by February 1st who are graduates of MPS; residents of the City of Milwaukee; and have demonstrated financial need (filed a FAFSA).

Priority preference for music or music education degree program; if none, second preference for education degree leading to teaching career; if none, third preference for nursing degree; no double majors outside of 3 above areas. Non-renewable.
