Marlene Thompson Atkielski & Donald Atkielski Memorial Scholarship
Awarded to select School of Information Studies (SOIS) graduate students satifying the following criteria:
enrolled part or full-time in the Master’s in Library and Information Science (MLIS) program within SOIS
-licensed teacher within the State of Wisconsin
-demonstrated interest in and commitment to education and a career as a school librarian/media specialist
-demonstrated financial need (as determined by FAFSA)
-academic merit (minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0)
-maintain satisfactory academic progress in the MLIS program
-earn at least a B in all core classes
-registered for a minimum of 3 INFOST credits by May 1
