The Estate of Marcelena Lemanski

Marcelena Lemanski received her Masters In Social Work from UWM in 1953. Marcelena was a dedicated social worker who was the Probation Supervisor for Children’s Court in Milwaukee for many years. She lived to be 101 years old and gave the majority of her estate to charity including this scholarship at UWM for those pursuing a graduate degree in the Helen Bader School of Social Welfare.
