Ronald and Marjorie Krizek
Both UWM alums, Ron earned his Bachelor?s in Accounting and Finance in 1969, and Marjorie (1947-2018) earned her English degree in 1971. Ron began his career with Northwestern Mutual as a college financial representative and stayed with the company his entire career.
Impact
Ron and Marjorie both worked their way through UWM. When they set up this scholarship years ago, they agreed on the importance of rewarding students who also worked to pay for part of their education. The scholarship realizes their goal of helping students who help themselves, and who display the characteristics of hard work and perseverance.
