Jane’s connection to UWM began as a student, where she embraced every opportunity for learning, laying a strong foundation for her career in Human Resources. Throughout her career, Jane thrived on helping others develop their skills and advance in their careers. Her enthusiasm for education didn’t end there; she pursued an MBA at Marquette University and obtained several coaching certifications. Jane believed that learning was a lifelong journey, and she dedicated herself to guiding others along their paths.

Jane’s passion for education extended beyond her professional life. She taught leadership courses at UWM, UW-Madison, and Marquette University. Her commitment to fostering growth in others led her to volunteer extensively, serving on boards, leading professional organizations, and mentoring future leaders in her community.
