Moon Shot for Equity Fund at the Greater Milwaukee Foundation

The donors seek to support UWM in the planning and implementation of the Moon Shot for Equity program. The goals are to eliminate the retention gap between under-represented minorities and white students and to improve the 6-year graduation rate for all students to 60% by 2030 through the adoption of the program developed at Georgia State University and formalized by EAB, which aims to remove institutional barriers to equitable student success and transform UWM through data-driven and evidence-based best practices.
