Friends and Family of Dr. Ethel Sloane

Dr. Ethel Sloane was a professor of biology at UWM and also an alumna, having attended the campus in the 1950s. She was a beloved member of the faculty where she championed the cause of gender diversity and gender equity in higher education teaching and leadership as well as women in the sciences throughout the 1970s and 1980s. Dr. Ethel Sloane died in 2000.
