Family and Friends of Dr. Donna Decker
Dr. Donna Decker was an instructor at both UWM and Marquette University who passed away in 2013. She was an inspirational and beloved teacher with a passion for the written word and a deep love of literature. She obtained her PhD in British Literature in the midst of her original cancer diagnosis. Each year, the family and friends of Dr. Decker host a run to raise funds to continue to build this scholarship fund. http://www.donnadash.com/

The Decker awards were established in 2017 by the family and friends of Dr. Donna Decker to remember her contributions and legacy. The funds are intended to support English and journalism students to help them achieve their higher education goals.
