Dr.Robert T. Balmer
Dr.Robert T. Balmer joined UWM’s College of Engineering and Applied Science in 1969 after spending a year as a NATO Visiting Professor at the University of Naples in Italy. After nearly 30 years at UWM, he moved to Union College in New York aas Dean of Engineering and Computer Science where among other activities he initiated the “Educating Girls for Engineering” (EDGE) Summer Engineering Workshop for High School Girls.
