This scholarship was created by Dr. William Halloran with gifts made to honor his retirement and service to the University as a former Dean of the College of Letters & Science.
Impact
Dr. Halloran hopes to assist students studying in Letters & Science who excelled academically in their high school careers and through their freshman year in the College.
