Dr. J. David Hoeveler
Dr. J. David Hoeveler is a published author and Distinguished Professor Emeritus of History who taught at UWM for 43 years. His research interests include American Intellectual History. Dr. Hoeveler additionally helped found the Religious Studies program at UWM.
Impact
As an undergraduate student, he was drawn to history and philosophy, and Dr. Hoeveler created this Scholarship with the intent to give back to UWM and inspire further undergraduate students studying history.
