Dorothy Woodson and Thomas Maxcy
This scholarship was created by Thomas Maxcy in honor of Dorothy Woodson, a 1947 graduate of the Milwaukee State Teachers College, a predecessor to the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. Dorothy sincerely appreciated her education.
