Commercial Association of REALTORS Wisconsin

This scholarship is in honor of Deborah Sobczak. Deborah has been a commercial investment REALTOR® for over 38 years. She is the owner of Eastmore Real Estate, a solely owned woman’s business. In 1993, when she formed the Southeastern Wisconsin Commercial Association of Realtors (SWCAR), Deborah was a director of the Wisconsin Realtors Association and director and President-Elect of the Milwaukee Board of Realtors (MBR), a position she resigned from to assume the position of President of SWCAR. Deborah has spent many hours mentoring young and upcoming women and men who have chosen a career path in commercial investment real estate brokerage and ownership.
