Clarice Chou and the Family and Friends of Victor Chou
Both Victor and Clarice Chou emigrated from China to further their education. After an initial career as an economist, director and consultant in the private sector, Victor taught both FInance and Economics at UWM for 20 years. Clarice, a 1968 UWM School of Education alum, taught elementary school.
Impact
After his death in 1989, Clarice and family and friends honored Victor?s love for education and UWM by establishing this scholarship in his name. This scholarship was established to provide high achieving junior students who are seeking undergraduate degrees in Finance with the motivation to excel and complete their studies.
