William J. Seidler Scholarship

The Seidler Scholarship is given to a declared philosophy major with a minimum 3.25 cumulative GPA. Students must also have documented financial need as shown on the FAFSA and must not be graduating in December 2023.

Students who have an up-to-date Panther Scholarship Portal General Application and the College of Letters & Science Scholarships and Awards Application will be considered, typically in fall each year between September and November. Students should thoroughly fill out the Panther Scholarship Portal General Application and the College of Letters & Science Scholarships and Awards Application. Awards given in fall are for the following spring semester so students graduating that same December are not eligible. E.G. applications reviewed in October 2023 are for Spring 2024; students graduating in December 2023 are not eligible.
